Fall Photoshoot

Inspiration:

These figures were commissioned as a wedding gift, based on the the bride and groom's fall engagement photoshoot!

About the Build:

This project was a great reason to revamp the dog I designed for an earlier Miniland commission which I also used in my Hawkeye Miniland figures. There are numerous small changes here, the most notably being the additional height from the candlesticks used as legs. The rear legs borrow techniques pioneered by BrickSheepa for his Star Wars animals.

The bride's colorful flannel was a fun challenge. The plaid pattern was accomplished through the use of brackets and careful color choices. I went through so many variations until I was satisfied with the proportions of each color.
